Rev counter

I would like to add a Rev counter at my outside helm on my 331, I wondered if it was possible to “daisy chain” directly off the wheelhouse Rev counter. Has anyone any ideas about this.

It probably is. I have a Nauticat 40 and decided to fit a fuel flow meter. It has two sensors on the fuel lines but it is also linked directly to my rev counter and to my GPS and all works well.
