Nauticat Yachts

Any information or confirmation of the current state of Nauticat Yachts, I read on a poor translation on a French site that they had filed for bankruptcy or have I got that completely wrong.

The french text from boatindustry.com says:
Nauticat dépose le bilan
Le chantier finlandais Nauticat Yachts Oy a annoncé son dépôt de bilan. Fondé il y a plus de 50 ans, il était l’un des constructeurs les plus réputés de voiliers fifty. Le Nauticat 33, lancé en 1968, s’est vendu à presque 1300 exemplaires.

Which means that Nauticat Yachts would have announced it bankruptcy (and Bavaria also).
