I spent ages yesterday trying to work out how to refill the grease pump. This all started because the hydraulic line to the stern gland had corroded so I wanted to replace it. Every time I tried to refill the greaser and then connect the new line to fill it nothing got pumped through.
I worked out eventually that I was missing a bit – turned out the black “end” was stuck int he bottom of the greaser barrel hidden in old grease. Once cleaned up and reassembled it worked perfectly !
