Door Seal – what is the approach for reattaching ?

I have to glue again the rubber joint or gasket which make the door water tight when closed.

As you can see for the attached photos I have difficulties in reaching this area as it is obstructed by the door. Any idea what to do? The simplest might be to dismount the door, but I have no idea how to do this. Any advise on the matter?

Hi Eric.. Open the door 85% and on the bottum Wood there is a small cut down, place the wheele there, at draw the door out.
