The rollers of the fairleads through which the jib sheets run on my 331 are in poor shape. These fairleads are attached to the deck on either side of the wheelhouse. See attached photo. I have searched the internet for replacements, but without success. Can anyone suggest a supplier for these items. There is no manufacturer’s name on the fittings. Andrew Bell.

I am trying to replace mine as well. I have removed the fittings from the boat to pursue this over the winter.
I suspect I will need to have them made to order.
Any thoughts on how to remove the sheaves without destroying the fitting?

I too have some very tired deck fittings, fairleads and would like to replace so this research us extremely worthwhile.

I just received back my newly rebuilt double fairlead sheave boxes. I’ve attached before and after pictures.
Could not be happier. Black acetal (Delrin) sheaves with bearing bronze bushings. Stainless steel pins, flared like the originals.
Two and half weeks turnaround from my sending them to Port Townsend, WA to their return.
Ed Louchard at Zephyrwerks was a pleasure to work with. He happily ships international.

Thanks for pointing us towards Zephyrwerks, Bruce. I shall certainly follow this up.I wish I knew of a company doing the same sort of work in the UK. Andrew Bell.
