Can anyone identify this roller furler?

Good day,

Can anyone identify this roller furler? It came with a nauticat I recently took over. I am trying to find out a bit more about so I can get it back into service.

I can’t see how it works. I guess the drum turns on the section of forestay going through the centre. The one of the two large lugs on the top should attach to the foot of the sail. I see a jam cleat attached, but how does it work without wrapping tight around the forestay. Is there a sleeve up the forestay?
