I replaced a couple of hinges on my Nc39 back in 2012. I purchased them from the Nauticat yard. They are described on the invoice as “Schwepper hinge 4cm”. They sent me both left and right ones depending which side you need to hang the doors from.

They were not cheap but that’s yachting!
