Have you found a supplier of these hinges yet, sourced an offset hinge but they were for windows, useless.
I sorted the door under the wheelhouse port side, took of the hinges, inserted brass crews part the way on bottom edge of door, then drilled corresponding holes in the bottom of the frame, pins and original catch hold the door shut and it’s removed to get gear in and out, simple, but I still need a pair of offset hinges for forward heads under sink stowage,
