The hinge in the pic has plenty meat on it, just a bit green which I suspect is caused by the screws which as they have Philips heads may be plated steel.
Have one of the pins broken? If it’s a brass or bronze hinge, the pin can be drilled out and replaced. The hinge is a quality item , the Philips screws look wrong, get brass or bronze slot headed replacement screws. A little work with a dreml drill with the brass brush wheel will get back to nauticat standard
