Hi Ian,
I have not had this issue with my Nc39 however the rollers have the ability to gather dust and dirt and stop rotating. A blast with a hose has cleared them. I have found the team at the Yard very helpful when I have needed help. They seem to hold extensive spares so should be able to help you or point you to their suppliers.
