Nauticat 43 ketch first launched 1986 by Siltala, Finland. This yacht has been continually maintained and upgraded and periodically re-fitted. The extensive list of equipment makes her a very suitable live aboard and blue water cruising yacht with good sailing performance. She is superbly designed and equipped for safe easy handling.

Accomodation: Three double cabins with additional three berths if required, featuring large owners aft double cabin with large wardrobe, dressing table with drawers, large mirror and numerous cabinets. The aft guest cabin is fitted with upper and lower berths with reading lights, hanging locker and drawers beneath the lower berth. ‘Delfini’ has had the lower bunk converted to a large equipment/tools and spares compartment that could easily be returned to use as a berth again. The forward guest cabin has two berths in a ‘v’ configuration, hanging locker and drawers. Two bathrooms are fitted with showers, toilets and wash hand basins. Interior upholstery in beige/grey is in excellent as new condition.
The galley and dinette are just forward of the deck saloon. The dinette has two comfortable upholstered bench seats on either side of the table and is fitted with outboard side lockers and bookshelves. The table folds down to provide a double berth that is completely curtained off.
The deck saloon contains the lower helm and a large chart table with extensive general storage. All electronics are mounted around the helm and there is excellent all round visibility from the helm area. A large raised seating area and table is located on the port side of the saloon providing excellent visibility for guests while seated.
Galley:This is ‘U’ shaped with ample counter space, double stainless steel sinks and all round cupboards and towage. The gimballed gas cooker has a double burner hob, grill and oven. Microwave oven, a top loading 240 volt fridge (2001) and a 240 volt freezer (2001) are built in. Hot and cold water taps and a high quality Seagull drinking water filter with a separate tap is fitted. 240 volt sockets are counter mounted for an electric kettle, toaster or other appliances are fitted at counter top level.
Technology:POWER: The main powerplant is a Sabre Lehman 3861012, 4 cylinder, 90 HP diesel serviced in 2007. This is based on a Ford motor with a total design life of 15,000 hours with 5,100 hours already run. An economic cruise speed of 7 knots with a maximum of 9 knots. Range under power is approximately 1,000 nautical miles. A reversing Borg Warner gearbox is fitted.
